Lanier Striper Guide Service offers a variety of charters on Lake Lanier. Our standard charters include 5-hour, 7-hour, and 9-hour trips that are suitable for most anglers. If you have a corporate trip, family trip, or would just like to fish for a different length of time, simply contact us and we'll accomodate your needs. We also offer instructional fishing trips to help you hone your striper fishing skills.

Trips generally begin at daybreak, but we can meet your schedule, including afternoon trips. We endorse catch and release, but are more than happy to clean and bag your catch, or refer you to a taxidermist to mount the catch of a lifetime.

What to bring

We provide all the fishing tackle and bait needed to fish for stripers. You should bring appropriate clothing and sun protection for the expected weather, and any food, snacks, or drinks that you may want to enjoy, and a camera or video recorder to take home a record of your day.If you'd like, we can provide box lunches, snacks, and drinks. You will also need a fishing license if you will be required by the State of Georgia to have one.
